Please enter your Year and Model of your Ducati in the 'Order Notes' section while placing an order for us to verify the fitment before shipping.

For US orders over $75 shipping is Free.  For orders under $75 we charge a flat shipping rate of $8. 

Please use our shipping calculator in your shopping cart to calculate shipping for worldwide destinations.

Most orders will ship between 1-4 business days. 

We ship with UPS and USPS for orders destined within the US. Delivery times are usually within 1-4 business days depending on delivery location.

For worldwide shipments we use FedEx or USPS depending on the location being shipped to.

Items in new, unopened and unused condition can be returned within 30 days and will be subjected to a restocking fee.

DucabikeDirect does NOT charge restocking fees for returns of defective products. If you have received the wrong product or it doesn’t match what was shown on our site or we have made some other shipping error, there will be NO restocking fee and NO charge for a return label, provided the item is within its return policy period.

Please note that opened/used items cannot be returned.
